- 20 Kettlebell Swings (70/55)(55/35)

- 30 Slam Balls

- 40 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)


Round 3:

- 10 Toes-to-Bar (or Hanging Knee Raises)

- 20 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

- 30 Hang Cleans (115/75)(95/65)

- 40 Double-Unders (or 80 Singles)


Round 4:

- 10 Pull-ups (or Ring Rows)

- 20 Shoulder Taps

- 30 Push Presses (115/75)(95/65 lbs)
