1000m Row Split
6 Rounds of : 5 Pull ups, 10 Push ups, 15 KBS
1000m Row Split
4 Rounds of: 5 Pull ups, 10 Push ups, 15 KBS
Split the Row evenly, but partners will alternate rounds of 5 Pull ups, 10 Push ups, 15 KBS
(Can substitute HSPU or Kneel and Press for Push Ups)
