Strength: Find a heavy Deadlift


Conditioning:4 Rounds

4 Bear Complex

8 Plate to Overhead (45/25)

40 Goblet Step Ups (50/35)


Bear Complex=

Power Clean +Front Squat+ Push Press +Back Squat + Push Press
