Conditioning:

Death by burpees and KB Swings

30 EMOM

M1: 1 KB Swing & 1 Burpees

M2: 2 KB Swing & 2 Burpees

M3: 3 KB Swings & 3 Burpees

M4: 4 KB Swings & 4 Burpees

M5:….

If failed to complete a round, start back at 1 KB Swing and 1 burpee and work your way back up.
